A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
-
I'm the founder of Candor Lab. I've spent decades developing a methodology that allows teams to remove the noise, challenge assumptions, and use their collective strengths to accomplish extraordinary things together. I've designed it so teams can make important decisions, build genuine commitment, and move forward together. And we can do it in just one day or less.
-
I've spent decades designing and facilitating paid workshops for hundreds of companies, helping leadership teams challenge assumptions, make important decisions, and accomplish things together.
I've also been invited to speak at numerous conferences and have hosted my own free and paid educational events.
My methodology was used in an AWS-sponsored pilot that produced extraordinary reported business results, including revenue growth of 110% to 330% in ten months or less.
You can explore some of those stories on the Candor Lab Results page.
-
Both. But I have a strong preference for getting people involved rather than talking at them.
Depending on the group and the time available, we can combine a little presentation with discussion, interactive exercises, and AI guided experiences that let participants explore what's happening in their own companies.
Nobody needs another presentation they'll forget by Tuesday.
-
Absolutely. The four topics are starting points, not fixed packages.
We can adjust the length, topics, level of participation, exercises, and AI guided tools around what your members are most interested in exploring.
We can even combine elements from different workshops.
-
That depends on what you'd like your group to accomplish.
We can create a shorter, thought-provoking presentation, a highly interactive session, or a more substantial working workshop.
The more time we have, the deeper participants can go.
-
Not at all.
The AI guided experiences aren't about learning technology. They're designed to help people think through important business questions, challenge their assumptions, and see things they might otherwise miss.
If someone can have a conversation, they can participate.
-
It depends on the group and the workshop. It can be an internal workshop where one company's leadership team digs deep into an important challenge, or an interactive session bringing together leaders from dozens of different companies.
In sessions with leaders from different companies, participants can privately explore what's happening in their own businesses using AI guided experiences. They decide what, if anything, they want to share.
We can have meaningful conversations without asking anyone to reveal something they'd rather keep private.
-
Depending on the workshop, participants may leave with new perspectives, practical decision-making frameworks, private evaluations of their own companies, and free AI guided tools they can continue using afterward.
My goal is for people to leave thinking differently about something that actually matters to their business.
-
Yes. Online anywhere, and in person around Seattle, Springfield, Missouri, and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Other locations are possible depending on the event.
-
I've worked with individual leadership teams and larger groups of business leaders.
The activities and level of participation can be adapted to the audience size. A smaller group can dig deeply into a challenge, while a larger group can explore ideas through voting, individual exercises, and facilitated discussion.
-
That depends on the length, format, location, and level of customization.
Tell me a little about your group and what you're hoping to accomplish, and we can figure out what makes sense.
-
Let's have a conversation about your group. Schedule a call here or email me at shari@candorlab.com.
Tell me who will be participating, what's on their minds, and what you'd love them to walk away with.
We can figure out the rest together.
